I had a quick call with HR, and then a video interview with the hiring manager, HR, and another team member. It was about a week between the first call and the interview. Everyone was super nice and made it easy. They said they wanted to talk to more people before deciding, and it took two full weeks after the interview to hear back with a rejection. That felt a bit rude, but besides the slow response, the process itself was pretty easy.

I was contacted by HR about a Project Coordinator position for a phone interview. We talked about the role and my client experience, and then they invited me for an in-person interview. About a week later, I went to the office and met with HR again and a department head. The interview was relaxed, about 30 minutes long, and focused on my experience and current software. HR said they'd get back to me by the end of the week, but I didn't hear anything. After a few more days, I emailed them for feedback. It's been almost a month with no response, so I felt ghosted. I'm fine with not getting the job, but the lack of communication was unprofessional and disrespectful of my time.

It was an interesting Interview Process. You meet with 3 different people each person higher in the company than the previous. Then you have a lunch in the middle of it talking to younger members. Then the CEO Ron talks a little about the company background. Then they send you off into the office with an Mapping task. The only annoying part is that they said they would get back to us in the following week in November to accommodate those with other offers. But they did not get back to me until end of January to where I accepted other and better offers.
