First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at HazTek Safety Management.
Site Safety Coordinator
The interview was pretty chill and didn't take too long, about 45 minutes total. It felt like the management team is really approachable and I'd like working with them, they seemed very down-to-earth.
- What are your salary expectations?
- Can you tell me about your experience?
- Do you have any typical interview questions for us?
Staff
Got referred by someone in the company. The whole process was pretty informal. There was one initial call and then a face-to-face interview. After a few weeks past the final interview, they extended an offer. There wasn't much communication or updates between the final interview and getting the offer.
- Were you asked if you like being involved in office drama?
Safety Coordinator
It was a simple process with two steps: first a 30-45 minute phone interview, and then a longer virtual interview. They asked about my previous experience, my ability to commute, and my understanding of the company.
- Can you describe your past work experience?
- Is commuting to this job feasible for you?
- What's your understanding of our company?
Safety Professional
Started with a basic safety knowledge questionnaire. Then, we talked about my resume and future goals. It was a lot of casual conversation in a small room with a really laid-back vibe. It felt pretty standard. I also met with a couple of senior managers.
- What are your career aspirations for the next five years?
- Can you discuss your resume and what your future goals are?
