Had a 30 minute screening via video call with one person for the first round. Mostly asked about my past experience and resume. They also talked about the job responsibilities. Asked some situational questions too. I didn't get to the second round because they said they needed someone with more experience related to the industry.

The managers were professional, but the coordinator I would work with was rude and seemed to want to intimidate me, saying the managers would grill me. The managers were neutral. She wanted someone she could control, and I'm not that person.

The interview process felt rushed and the company seemed unprepared. They didn't have questions ready or the right people for the interview. When I asked about the team I'd be working with, they didn't give a clear answer, just saying they aren't 'bureaucratic,' which I took to mean they lack structure.

I first had a 30-minute video chat to screen me, and then they set up an in-person interview. During the in-person part, I met with 9 different people. Some of them were in the room with me, and others joined online. The interview was supposed to be 3 hours, but it ended up going for about 4 and a half hours.
