The process was really fast. There are three rounds in total. The first round happened quickly, and if you were selected, you'd get a call the same day to schedule the second interview. The second interview was the toughest part. Doing well in the second round meant you'd move on to the third round, after which the CEO makes the final decision about your application.

I interviewed with Danielle, who identified herself as the "CEO", but she made me wait 30 minutes past our scheduled interview time and didn't apologize for it. She rushed through our meeting. When I asked about my role in the company, she actually took out a piece of paper and drew a pyramid on it to explain that after I got enough sales reps on my team, I could move into management and start my own office. It sounds like a pyramid scheme. She was really vague about what her fake marketing company does. It seems like they recruit overqualified college grads to sell coupon books on the streets of Manhattan.

The interview process felt sketchy and I would not want this company on my resume long term. I arrived for a 3pm interview at 2:45pm but wasn't seen until 3:30pm. I was in a room with about 20 other people, which made me uncomfortable. It seems the company wants to fill as many spots as quickly as possible, and I don't agree with that approach. My email said I'd meet the CEO, but I met her colleague instead, which was unprofessional and misleading. A red flag was the application asking for current wages, which is illegal in NYC as of October. I don't want to be part of a company that doesn't follow basic laws.
