Project Manager
We talked about my previous experience and interests, as well as my qualifications and desired salary. The recruiter was very friendly, answered all my questions, and provided all the important information. I felt well taken care of and excited about the process, with the feeling that they are focused on finding a suitable position for me.
- What were your previous positions and what did you do there?
- In which areas would you like to work?
Project Manager
I had one initial call for a first contact, which covered typical questions. Then, there were two more video calls: the first one was with Hays, and the second one was with the client I would be working for.
- Can you share your general experience in project management?
- Tell me about a project management scenario and how you handled it.
Project Manager
The process was pretty simple, only 3 steps. First, there was an online application where I had to answer 4 scenario questions. Then, an online interview. Finally, a group assessment centre. It was a very straightforward process and you can ask for feedback. Also, very transparent.
- Tell me about three project management scenarios.
- What are your reasons for wanting this role?
