You'll start with a pre-screening call. After that, you'll get a time to join an assessment center. This is usually in a group setting and has three parts: an ice breaker, a debate, and a role play. They're all designed to see how you handle pressure and think critically. It can be tough, and some people don't get past the first round. They'll offer feedback on your answers, which can be really insightful. Don't get discouraged by it, see it as a chance to learn. If you want to nail other interviews, try Hays first. You'll be so prepared for tough questions, you'll ace everything else.

The hiring process was quick and smooth, handled efficiently by both the recruiter and the client. First, there were typical HR questions about my background, what drives me, and what I'm looking for. Then, I had a technical chat with the client where we dug into the specific skills and abilities needed for the job, which really helped show how well I'd fit what they needed.

They have a half day assessment. First section, they will have an ice breaker. Basically they will ask you like "Do you have any historical person that you admired and why?" 1st section: Impromptu Speech. They will randomly give you a title, ask you to present your opinion whether you agree or not agree with this topic and why? 2nd section: Selling a candidate (Role Play). They will give you a resume, you will have 10 minutes to screen the resume and ask questions, do remember to ask relevant questions like "What is the budget salary they can offer" etc, and throw this back to them during your role play. 3rd Sections: Business Development call (Role Play). How to build a relationship with clients? During this section, you will be given a scenario, and there is no time for you to prepare or think, it's more like examining your instant response towards this scenario, how you will handle the situation well. 4th Sections: Write a draft job advertisement. They will leave you in the room and you can refer to your phone for the examples of Job Description. Basically if you perform well at the first 3 sections, you are high chance get hired. If you are qualified, they will give you a call back and you will have a one to one section with the manager, that's the time you negotiate your salary packages with the manager.
