There were a few rounds of assessments, including debates, role plays, and a presentation about the company. I found they were quite open about what they expect and what the rewards are if you succeed. I also heard from friends in the company and industry that HAYS is the kind of place that suits a specific type of person.

I applied through welkin for HAYS business solutions pvt ltd, which is part of Hays plc. They conducted three rounds: a written test, a technical interview, and a combined technical and HR interview. The entire process took only one day. Both the written test and the interview were quite easy. I completed all rounds and was told to expect a call for selection, but I never received one. There were over 300 candidates for the walk-in. The number of positions was not disclosed. Hays, being a recruitment company, was hiring for one of their clients.
