Intern
The interview process included a telephone interview, an open day, an assessment centre, and a final interview with a director. The initial telephone interview aimed to gauge your interest in the company and understand its values. The open day involved meeting around 30 other interns, where introductions with a unique personal fact were shared, followed by a presentation and a group activity. The assessment centre was quite demanding, featuring an individual presentation where you acted as an expert, a role-playing exercise with a challenging client scenario, and a task to present a candidate's CV to the group. A key skill to demonstrate is active listening and the ability to handle objections.
