First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Hays.
Executive Assistant
Had a nice initial phone call, they nicely answered all my questions and asked a lot of personal questions, which I could answer well. She also presented and explained the company and the department well, so I felt well taken care of. Since it was my first interview, I was very nervous – but it was unnecessary.
- In what way would I be an asset to the company.
Executive Assistant
It wasn't too difficult and can be managed. You should read about the company and follow up. Read well. The first stage was a calling, and the second stage was an interview meeting with two supervisors. They'll let you know if you would move forward.
- Can you tell me about yourself?
- What makes you want to work here?
Office Administrator
Had a phone interview first, then a face to face interview. They explained the job title and the office. They told me what I would be required to do. They asked me about my different qualities. It was very in-depth and required me to do a lot of prep for the interview in return to be able to answer the questions with the right amount of information.
- Regarding team fit, what are your qualities?
- What do you think you will bring to the company?
- Can you tell us about your knowledge?
