It was a quick assessment center style interview. We had to do a role play of an interview and then answer some questions. Overall it was easy but they put the pressure on to test you in the role play and see how you work. It was two stages.

The interview process included an initial phone call, followed by two interviews via Microsoft Teams. There were some practical exercises where I had to do role-playing for recruitment tasks and interviewing a potential candidate. They got back to me really fast with an offer.
