I was called by the recruiter who was leaving the position and they set me up to meet the HR Manager and the Employee Relations Manager. When I got there, I had to fill out a paper application, which I thought could have been an online form beforehand. The interview was about an hour long and the questions were pretty standard. They had me wait in the lobby afterwards in case they had more questions. The ERM came back and said they didn't, and that I'd hear back in two weeks because they had more interviews scheduled. As a recruiter myself, I get the interviewing process. However, I don't understand the lack of communication after the interview, no follow-up from Haynes HR, no email, no letter, no call.

The interview was in depth and informative. There were two face to face interviews and three phone interviews. It was very easy going and they had clear expectations on what they were looking for going forward. The staff was very personable. I enjoyed the process.

The interview process was quick and not stressful. I received a screening call and confirmation before the interview, with expectations for the next steps clearly communicated. The hire date was shortly after; the company has high turnover and is always hiring.

The interview lasted about an hour. Everyone I met was friendly, and the interview with the general manager felt really comfortable. They were upfront about how the pay works and the training timeline. I got the job offer and will be starting soon!
