The interview process was very smooth. I interviewed about a year ago and recall it being very friendly and relaxed. The managers were great, the workflow was good, and communication about promotions was pretty strong.
- What salary did you receive in your last role?
Certified Trainer
It was easy, they asked for my work experience and such as such. They asked for my salary expectations. Where do I see myself, and what do I know about them.
- Can you tell me about yourself?
- What are your goals for the next 5 years?
Shift Lead
The interview process was very informative and felt more like a family gathering. We discussed core values and expectations, focusing on treating employees with respect and dignity, and getting to know the company as a whole.
- What are your personal values and what would you contribute to the company?

I applied to Hawaiian Bros on their website and they called me the next day for an interview. The general manager and someone else interviewed me. They asked me some basic questions, and it wasn't too hard. Then, the general manager told me about a typical day there. He asked if I wanted to work in the front or back and told me the pay. At the end, the general manager said he doesn't hire on the spot but would call me in a few days, but I never got that call. The interview itself was okay, but the general manager and his coworker got distracted by coworkers outside laughing in the middle of it, which I thought was a bit rude. Also, the general manager wasn't dressed professionally, and I think first impressions matter.
