The entire hiring process spanned nearly two months. Initially, I completed an RN Pharmacology Test and a Skills/Cognitive Test, needing to score over 80% to pass. Following that, I was invited to schedule a Zoom interview, which was an option due to the ongoing pandemic. The interview included questions about my past experiences, and they were a bit more difficult than I expected, especially since this is a new grad RN position, and I was hoping it wouldn't be too challenging.
