So there were five rounds in total for this interview. Four interviews, and then one written assessment. The last round was with the hiring manager. Honestly, everyone was super professional, nice, and respectful the whole time. The questions weren't too hard, mostly checking my personality, how I communicate, and if I'd fit the team culture, not really technical stuff. They really seemed to want to know if I'd blend in well with the team.

We had two rounds of interviews. First was with two team leaders in London for a get-to-know-you session with some economics questions. The second round was about 2 hours long with multiple employees and the CEO at the end. The questions can be repetitive but not hard to answer, mostly general interview questions like your weaknesses & strengths.

The interview process included a 30-minute video call, followed by a 2-hour in-person session that involved a test and interviews with six different people, which I wasn't aware would be that long. After that, there was a 45-minute video call, and finally a 30-minute call. It's important to bring up salary discussions yourself because they tend to stay quiet about it until an offer is made, and even then, they only discuss it after you've received and declined an offer.

The interview process had two main stages. The first stage involved two back-to-back interviews and filling out a form about my experience and education. It's a good idea to bring your CV. I also had to do a simple Excel task. After that, I moved on to the second stage, which had five interviews, some one-on-one and some panel interviews. The very last interview was with the company president. Between interviews in the second stage, I was asked two questions: 'What does the role require?' and 'What makes you unique compared to other candidates?'
