I had interviews over Zoom and in person. It was a relaxed process. The CNO was really nice and made me feel comfortable, which is great because I usually get nervous during interviews. They also said I could do a phone interview first if I couldn't make the Zoom one.

Got a call to set up the interview the day after applying. On the day of the interview, they rescheduled. Then, on the actual interview day, I waited 20 minutes past the new time before being called in. The receptionist also kept getting my name wrong even after I corrected her.

It took a while to hear back, and they initially misplaced my application. After they contacted me to schedule, I went in for the interview. Before the main interview, I had to pass a knowledge/personality test with "what if" scenarios, pretty straightforward if you have some psych background. The next interview was laid-back; she mostly asked why I wanted to join the team. The tricky part was convincing them to hire me part-time because they really needed staff. After that, I had a physical exam including a drug test, got fingerprinted, and underwent a background check. They confirmed I passed and scheduled my orientation.
