First, a basic screening call with the practice manager. Then, an in-person interview with other providers and the medical director. I also got a tour of the facility and had the chance to chat with some other APRNs and nursing staff.

You turn in an application, and if you have a current employee referring you, it'll be looked at extra carefully. Then you'll be called in for an in-person interview. After that, you'll get a written offer from HR. Then you'll be given a time and date to start Orientation in Gainesville, followed by orientation with your specific field office (RN, SW, Chaplain, LMT, and CNA).
