We started with a screening call with talent acquisition to talk about your background and if you're a good fit for the role. Then, there was a first stage interview over Microsoft Teams where we looked at culture fit, your experience, and key skills. The second stage was in person, and it involved a presentation task to see how you approach problem-solving, communicate, and manage, based on a brief we gave you.

Overall a mixed experience. Communication with the recruiter was good throughout but the hiring process was slightly confusing from the start. Ended up doing 4 rounds including an initial screening stage with the HR team. For me, the main concern was that the final interview felt unnecessary, as it focused on even more questions about my CV and future aspirations. In my view, these could have been addressed earlier in the process to better assess fit from the outset.

So after I sent in my CV, the talent acquisition manager reached out. They were super nice, gave me loads of info about the company and the job, and then asked me a bit about my background and what I'm hoping for in a new position, which wasn't too hard. Then they sent my info to the hiring folks, and they sent over a writing assignment. It had two parts, felt just right in terms of difficulty, and didn't take forever. They were really quick to grade it, letting me know I passed the very next day. After that, I had an interview with the executive scientific director, which went really well. We talked more about the job, the types of projects, the specific medical areas, and more about the company. They asked quite a few questions about how I handle different situations, but it felt pretty relaxed, and they were easy to chat with. The week after that, they offered me the position. The whole thing, from sending my CV to getting the offer, took less than 4 weeks.

I went through a 3 stage interview with the HR team for the Advisor role. The first stage was a phone interview with a Senior HR advisor. The second stage was with two Senior HR advisors. The final stage was with a Senior HR advisor and the Head of HR. I interviewed on Thursday, March 31st and was told I'd hear back the next day. I waited and didn't hear back, so I sent a follow-up email to the Senior HR advisor on April 4th but never got a reply. I was completely ghosted and still haven't heard back. I was really disappointed because I thought it was a good place to work. My feedback for them is to always provide feedback to candidates, as this left a bad taste in my mouth.
