I had a mixed experience. The recruiter called me, even though I hadn't applied, and set up a phone interview. She didn't show up for the first one. I messaged her on LinkedIn after the interview time passed to make sure I had the right info, but she didn't reply for days. She said her phone was acting up and she did call, but I had no missed calls or messages. We rescheduled, and the next couple of interviews went fine. I went to their office in Carlsbad and had good interviews with the team; they seemed well-prepared. I sent thank-you emails afterwards and they all responded, saying I'd hear back in about a week. It's been 3 months, and I haven't heard anything.

The interview process was great for me. Application submission was super easy, just attach and submit. Cassandra reached out for my initial interview. She helped me get my foot in the door at Havas Edge and show my professional background to the Long Form Media team. I was offered a full-time position shortly after. The interview was challenging in terms of self-assessment; you need to balance being too casual and too professional. My best suggestion is to connect with the team. Cassandra was a warm welcome, which calmed my nerves when I met the LFM team. After the interview, I could relax and showcase who I am. Everyone is friendly and wants you to succeed, so go in and win them over.

I found this internship online and after about a week, they emailed me to set up a group interview. It was my first time doing a group interview. There were 6 candidates and about 7 interviewers. They asked us all different questions and had us answer them in random orders. The questions were meant to be fun and they wanted us to be creative. I thought my answers were creative and fun, but apparently they didn't. Oh well. Maybe direct answers weren't what they were looking for.

It was a terrible interview. I met with 8 people who seemed like they were just having a casual team meeting. The VP was the worst, he acted like he didn't care about anything I said, and one woman was just as bad. They asked about my past experience but seemed more interested in whether I'd fit in with them, which felt weird. I ended up getting a job that pays double and treats me with respect.
