The interview was online. The recruiters were really friendly and inquired about my past work history, how I'd be a good fit for the position, and my motivations for wanting to join the company.

Behavioral Group Presentation

The first day was fun and playful with some games, like identifying which animal you are in a game based on your skills. Then there was training, which was also like part of the interview because they assess your sales characteristics. During training, they focus on customer interaction and how to approach them correctly, but in practice, it doesn't matter as much as the profit you can generate for the franchise owners. In my experience, the recruiters and managers liked me because I can express myself well and treat customers excellently, and I speak fluent English, which would be a great help with foreign clients. However, I only stayed for the probationary months. During actual sales, the desperate ones who don't even know how to treat customers well get the recognition. I've always respected and appreciated Havaianas because of its brand name. I'm not a disgruntled ex-employee, but I want to warn people who want to work there out of admiration that the store isn't like it is in the commercials. Those who strive for it won't be recognized.

The interview process was great, with many interesting questions. It was well-managed, and everything was made clear. I was able to express myself and say everything I wanted, and also ask questions. Everything was clarified. It's a lot of words here, I don't have anything else to say, I've said it all and still didn't pass.
