Outside Sales Representative
The whole thing took under two weeks. HR hit me up via text the day after I applied. They sent a Sales & Culture Survey. Two business days later, the same person texted back saying they got the survey and wanted to set up a phone call. The phone interview was formal but chill. We talked about the job, the company vibe, pay, and my history. Then, I got an Asher Test in my email – it's basically a fit test – and they asked for 3 references. After that, I had a Skype chat with the same HR person. I felt pretty good about it at this stage, like it was mine to lose. They went deeper into the role, but it felt more like a Q&A and vibe check than an interview. Then, another Skype call, this time with a more senior person and the HR person. Again, super conversational, more of a vibe check for the senior guy – we chatted, joked, shared stories, and talked about company growth. The final step was a ride-along with a senior rep in my area. He was thorough, helpful, professional, and just really cool. We basically interviewed each other. It was a real look at the day-to-day. Honestly, if you make it this far, you'll know in 20 minutes if it's for you. It’s a step-by-step process that lets both sides figure out if it's a good match. You gotta be a bit unique to work here; the culture is solid and they want people who fit. If you fit, you'll dig the process.

- What are your thoughts on sales?
Outside Sales Representative
I had a first chat that took about 15 minutes, and then we were supposed to have a Google Meet interview. But I couldn't get the app to work, so we had to stop the interview.
- Would you be open to traveling around the sales territory?
Sales Representative
It was a really clear interview process, and you get a good sense of the possibilities at the company. The questions were a bit vague sometimes, but they really got into understanding your personal skills and how you'd fit into their culture. Overall, it was a simple process that started with a phone call, then moved to a more formal face-to-face interview via Skype, and then the final interview.
