The interview process with Hatch was pretty straightforward. I had 5 interviews with 5 different people. Everything went smoothly, but after the 5th interview, communication stopped and there was no follow-up. The interviewers were all really nice and clear about the job duties. They were consistent in explaining what was expected. However, going through 5 interviews and then hearing nothing back doesn't reflect well on the company.

I work at a community employment agency and heard that Hatch was hiring for seasonal, packaging work. I brought about 12 of my clients there and on the first day they had an orientation and paperwork session. They had to take a short test, but it didn't seem to matter too much and was really laid back. They filled out hiring forms, including w-4s and i-9s. They turned it all in and were told to come back the next day. The next day they got a tour of the facility and were all employed at that point. They went in for training in smaller groups the following week. The whole process went well in that they got hired, but the agency is pretty disorganized and lost several parts of the applications on several occasions.
