I talked with the team lead, and it was a relaxed and straightforward chat. They asked me both technical and behavioral questions. They also had me solve a BMD right there.

Behavioral Technical Presentation

First, a phone screen with the president. Then, an on-site interview with three parts: a panel with the sales team, a 1:1 with the president, a panel with executives, and a final 1:1 with the president. The environment is super casual (jeans and a collared shirt is dressy), and the people are low-key but have strong consultative sales skills, plus they're good product developers and marketers. Don't let the dog-friendly, on-site gym, bike-to-work vibe fool you though – they are really serious about building, selling, and delivering products that change education.

Behavioral Presentation

Had 3 interviews. First was a phone interview with the HR Director, and then there was some testing (Personality / Aptitude). Second was a phone call with the sales manager where they asked some basic behavioral questions. Third was an interview at the corporate office in NC. This one involved a presentation, more behavioral questions, and a meeting with the CEO.
