Behavioral Technical

The interview process was good overall and the recruiter was super helpful. The hiring team even replied to my thank you and follow-up emails, which was a nice touch! But, one of the interviewers declined the calendar invite for my 4th round and I couldn't get in touch with the team for over a week to figure out why or reschedule. Eventually, I heard back over a week later that they had filled the position, which I thought was pretty strange to just decline an invite and not communicate next steps or expectations to someone who had made it so far.

A recruiter reached out on LinkedIn and we set up a time to talk. Then, I had my first interview with the hiring manager. After that, I completed a take-home project, which I had a week to finish. Then, I had two technical panel interviews back to back. Finally, I interviewed with the CEO.

We require a video interview where you'll respond to 3 questions. You'll have ample time to prep and 3 attempts for each question. After that, a Wonderlic Assessment is necessary. It's about 50 questions in 12 minutes. The questions themselves are easy, but you have to be super fast. I think I managed to answer 47.

Technical Behavioral

Overall, it was a good experience! The interviewers were friendly and seemed genuinely interested in what I could bring to the role. The interview flowed nicely with a good mix of technical and behavioral questions. It was challenging but fair. The technical questions were spot on for the job and made me really think, but they weren't impossible. I liked that they focused on how well I understood things rather than just if I'd memorized stuff. Strengths: I felt I did a good job explaining my technical skills and experience. I particularly enjoyed talking them through my [mention a specific project or technical challenge you discussed]. It seemed like they were impressed with how I tackled it. Areas for Improvement: I could have been more direct with some of my behavioral answers. I sometimes go on too long and need to get to the main points faster. Also, I was a bit surprised by a question about [mention a specific topic], and I wish I'd studied up on that more.
