Had a terrible phone interview where the hiring manager asked super specific questions that they really should've asked in person. What they were looking for didn't match the job description at all and the interviewer just kept repeating the same questions. I asked what they were looking for in a recruiter and she couldn't give me any details, but said I was under-qualified even though I've been a recruiter for 5 years. When I asked what I was missing, she couldn't say. I then showed her the job ad and my matching qualifications. She rudely said she had no more time to waste! I think if you're interviewing someone for a new role, you should actually sit down with them and let them show you what they can do instead of just asking about their day-to-day and then calling them unqualified.

Behavioral Technical

This was a very unprofessional interview process. The HR representative, Amber, started things off poorly by calling 20 minutes late without an apology. She barely listened to me and didn't let me discuss my current job. I didn't even get to ask basic company questions because she decided I wasn't a good fit within 10 minutes. I learned more from a recruiter than an actual employee. She also didn't know the territory I applied for. Amber should understand the job and listen for more than 10 minutes. This explains why the position has been open for 3 months.

I went through two phone interviews. The first was a basic screening, and the second one was with the hiring manager. Unfortunately, after the second interview, they didn't even bother to let me know I wasn't moving forward. The follow-up from both the hiring manager and HR was really poor.

First, I did a typing skills test. After that, I interviewed with the processing department supervisors and the manager. It was a one-hour session where they each asked questions. The questions were pretty typical, and we often went off-topic.
