Project Manager
I applied online and got contacted by a recruiter within two weeks to set up a phone screen. The recruiter was great throughout the whole process, even with my follow-up emails. After the first phone screen, which went well, I had a second phone screen with the hiring manager within a week. Then, after another week, I was invited for a face-to-face interview. I met with six people, and they were all really nice and welcoming. These interviews made me even more enthusiastic about the position. I received final feedback about two weeks later, and then got a job offer.
- Can you tell me why you are interested in Hasbro?
- Which Hasbro brand is your favorite?
- How does your experience align with the requirements of this role?
Project Manager
the interview process was really long and detailed. there were at least 4 interviews. the first one was super quick and not very clear with HR, then the 2nd and 3rd interviews were with the department manager, and the last interview was with the manager and the team members.
- Tell me about a situation where you didn't meet a deadline.
Senior Project Manager
It was a slow process, and the questions felt like they were just checking boxes rather than being truly insightful. I first spoke with HR, then the hiring manager, and after that, the technical team for this role. The final stage was a good, engaging conversation.
- What are your strategies for managing individuals who are uncooperative in providing the necessary information to complete their tasks?
