It was a group dynamic, kind of like a group interview with about six or seven people, where each person introduced themselves. There were a few HR questions, and no concrete feedback about whether I was moving forward or not.

The whole thing took a few months. First, there was a quick call with a recruiter. After that, I had a phone interview with the hiring manager. Then came the panel interviews, which were about an hour each, totaling around 4 hours. The first two chats were pretty standard, mostly about my background and what I've done. The panel interviews felt more about seeing if I'd fit in than about my experience. It was a bit of a bummer that nobody, not even the hiring manager, could really explain what the job actually entailed.
