I applied on their website, and then HR set up a call to check my background and experience. You gotta be good at English, the whole thing took about 45 mins to an hour.

Behavioral Presentation

I applied online and then had a phone screen with HR. After that, I was invited for onsite interviews the following week. My onsite schedule changed from 6 people to 4, removing the peer and HR recruiter. The interviews themselves went great, and I was very enthusiastic about the brands and the team. I sent thank-you emails within 24 hours and heard back from one person and the recruiter saying I'd get info the next week. Since there was a company event the following week, I assumed I'd hear back two weeks later. When two weeks passed without an update, I emailed the HR recruiter again. A week later, still no reply, so I emailed the hiring manager directly. Another week passed, then another, then another. I sent one last reminder to the HR recruiter, but heard nothing back. While the interviews and people were great, the lack of communication post-interview is disappointing, especially when a company claims high ethical standards. It seems like there's a pattern of HR abandoning communication with candidates who don't get offers, leaving them without closure.

My resume got submitted through a referral and I also applied online. I talked to two HR reps on two different occasions and I think the conversations went well, and they seemed like they would be meeting me in person. The HR recruiter mentioned I would hear back in a week. When I didn't hear back, I called and left a message and also sent a thank you email. Neither of those messages got a response.
