The whole process was pretty fast and they got back to me quickly. It felt very professional. Most of the questions were general behavioral ones, but some were specific to the job description. They really cared about my past work experience and if I had any experience in the toy industry.

I applied online less than a week after the internship was posted and got an email response about a month later. Since I lived out of state, I had a phone interview with the person who would end up being my manager for the summer. She was very nice and had emailed me several times with different availability options, and I picked the earliest one. I had one interview and was told she would get back to me within 2 weeks after talking to some other candidates. However, she actually called me the very next day and offered me the internship!
