HR passed my resume to the recruiter. I met with three people from the department, including the recruiter, for my first interview. They all talked about the job, the department, and the team's personalities. Then I got to talk about myself and my background. My second interview was a week later, and I met the SVP, the VP, and another executive from the department separately.

A third-party recruiter set up the interview. I met with four team members who knew their stuff and were really experienced. It was super professional, but they made me feel welcome, not cold. Dress code: business casual unless you're in sales or marketing, then a suit. Guys, a collared shirt and jeans is fine. Ladies, business casual.

The interview process had a phone interview and then an in-person one. The in-person interview was pretty chill, mostly a conversation to see if we were a good fit. I met the team I'd be working with, plus my manager and director.
