First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Harvest Sherwood Food Distributors.
Receptionist
This interview was super easy and the managers were really nice. If you already work here, they're pretty likely to hire you because they know you're dependable.
- Can you tell me about your availability and if anything else might affect it?
Warehouse Manager
The interview was in the operations manager's office, sitting at their desk. There was also a guy watching and listening through a glass window but he wasn't part of the interview.
- After reading the job description, were you asked if you could perform the duties?
- The operations manager stated they don't want to help and don't want you in their office, emphasizing the need for someone who can "fly and do everything in this building." Were you asked if you could do that?
- Regarding salary, it's 75k, but again, they mentioned they won't help and want to talk to the GM daily about their needs, not having someone in their office every day. Was this discussed?
Recruiter
It was pretty easy and virtual, but you ended up talking to a lot of people. They had people from other states interview because they didn’t have anyone local for the role. It’s a lot of work for just one person in that role.
- What are your thoughts on the facility?
