First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Harvest.
IT Production Director
Interview to replace the current CIO. The interview with the CTO didn't clarify what they were exactly looking for or where they wanted to go. There are chronic and structural problems in his organization and operations that he doesn't seem to want to address.
No confirmed questions were included in this interview report.
Business Analyst
First interview with HR via video, plan for about half an hour. It's a typical first interview, presenting the company and its significant development, presenting your background... Second interview with the product owners.
- What do you understand about the job posting?
Server
The manager was really easy to talk to and they seemed open to hiring people without prior serving experience. It felt like a friendly chat where the manager just wanted to learn more about me. The location is also a plus, depending on where you're located.
- Do you have previous experience in the service industry?
District Manager
It was a pretty standard interview, nothing too crazy. Lasted about half an hour. We talked about my skills and how they'd benefit the brand, and then they asked me some behavior-based questions.
- Tell me why you're interested in working for Harvest and what you know about the company and its customer services.
- What about Harvest appeals to you, and what's your understanding of the services they offer customers?
