It was a 2-round process. First, a recruiter called me. Then, I had a second call with a product manager. They asked mainly about my past experiences with basic behavioral questions. There was also a presentation about the company and the role.

Too many rounds. 1st initial reached out by HR then 2nd 1 hr round with HR same person. 3rd 1 hour round with hiring team of 4 from across the globe so meeting was set up early morning to accommodate all. Then final round with 4 interviews 1 hour long each and tour of the facility total 5.5 hours for this round. At the end of all these interviews, they ghosted me for 2 weeks and upon reaching they said they went with some other candidate. I don't understand when they really liked me and went ahead with all the rounds then why would you waste time and energy of candidate by taking 10 hrs and kept moving forward. The interviewer should make their mind in 1st 2 interviews.

The Controller contacted me about the IT Coordinator position, and I was invited to an interview with the Marketing Director of Harting Brazil. After that, I was supposed to have an interview with the Global IT Director in Germany. However, after that, it was a complete lack of communication. They never got back to me, and when I called, they said they were waiting for a date. After a long wait and no response from the hiring manager, I found out someone else was hired. I suggest the high management in Germany closely monitor future hiring processes because Harting Brazil is not living up to the company's Mission Statement 'Our co-operation is based on mutual respect,' 'We act professionally and creatively.' TREAT CANDIDATES WITH RESPECT!

The HR person was friendly, and the new office at International Business Park was nice. However, the hiring manager was condescending and didn't turn on her camera for the video interview. I was asked to create a presentation deck to analyze the company's current marketing strategies. After the interview, they said I lacked regional exposure, which could have been seen on my resume. It would have been better if they didn't waste candidates' time if they already knew what they were looking for.
