First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Harry Winston.
Producer
First, an HR person will email you about your salary expectations and if you are interested in the job. Then, you will have an online meeting with the team manager and a coordinator. They will let you know the outcome of the interview after a month.
- Can you introduce yourself and walk me through your background?
Vault Coordinator
The process was pretty standard, but they were super unresponsive. Honestly, I really don't recommend it. Just got some weird vibes from the whole thing. It's like, the job posting was up like multiple times, and it really seems like this company doesn't even know what they're looking for, especially when there are candidates who are totally ready and willing to get to work.
- What's your approach to handling challenging coworkers?
Software Developer
The interview process included a recruiter call, then a technical screen with Python and SQL basic questions, along with programming and algorithm questions. There were also questions about company details, current technologies I know, team cooperation, handling the team, location shift process, and microprocessor knowledge. Finally, an onsite round covered project details, HR questions, and teamwork.
- Basic SQL question?
- Tell me about your projects.
- HR question?
Salon Assistant
I applied for the Salon Assistant job on Indeed. A couple of weeks later, I received an email to set up a phone call with someone from Talent Acquisitions. After that, I had an in-person interview with the Salon Director. She talked about the job duties and gave me a tour of the salon. Two days after that, I had a phone chat with the Operations Manager. The very next afternoon, I got the job offer. It was a fast and great process.
- Tell me about a challenging situation you encountered and how you managed it.
