The process was very professional and thorough. I was given brand materials to review. Everyone seems really invested in making sure you succeed and they foster a family-like environment. The training and continuing education courses are exceptional.
- What are your career aspirations in real estate?
Marketing Coordinator
First, I chatted briefly over the phone with the Marketing Director. After that, I went to the Corporate Office for an interview with the Marketing Director and the HR Manager (who was texting the whole time). Then, I met with the Broker I'd be working with and interviewed with them. I got the job offer about 48 hours later.
- Have you worked in real estate before? If not, how can your past experiences be applied to this industry?

I believe Harry Norman’s dedication to fostering client relationships and maintaining the highest standards aligns perfectly with my own vision as a realtor.
