First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Harrison and Star.
Associate Director
The interview process was pretty simple and quick, but maybe that's because they needed someone fast. It included a call with HR, then a chat with the department leader, and finally a group interview with some department folks. It was mostly good, but I didn't get much time in each chat to really ask questions and get feedback to understand the company and department better.
- Can you discuss your past professional experience?
- What are your aspirations for this new position?
Manager
It was a long, slow process with at least 5 people involved. The questions they asked felt repetitive and pretty standard. I didn't get much feedback, and there seemed to be some miscommunication. The HR department wasn't great at following up, so I had to call them back a bunch of times.
- Could you tell me about your best qualities?
Account Executive
I applied online and got a call from an HR Rep. I was interviewed for an oncology account role, but didn't get it. The HR rep was super nice and wanted me to get a job there, so she set up another interview with me for a different oncology account that same week. I met with the Senior AE and the VP, Group Account Services. They asked me to walk them through my resume and told me about the position. Nothing was surprising.

- Can you tell us about the position?
Copy Supervisor
I had my first interview with my new supervisor and his boss. It was the only interview I got since the person was busy, which was annoying because I had to take time off work to schedule it. I then came back for a second interview and another person joined. They weren't sure which team I was interviewing for because of budget issues.
- Can you tell me about your past work?
- What projects have you been involved in recently?
