I had to chase the nursing recruiter for an interview. Then there were background, drug, math, skills, and PPD tests. After that, I had multiple meetings with the nurse recruiter, followed by panel meetings with a nurse manager, nursing director, and HR.

We're doing a virtual interview to get a good sense of you for the role. We'll check if you get what the job is about, your skills, and your experience. We also want to see your personality, how you talk, how you solve problems, and if you work well with others. We think it's important you fit our team and how we work here, and that you can help us out. It might be a bit tough, but we'll be respectful and professional so you can show us what you've got. Thanks for being interested, and we hope to work with you.
