I went through two 30-minute interviews. The first one was online, and the second one was in person. In both rounds, I met with a group of 6 people, and I really liked the experience and the questions they asked.

The pay for this data analyst role was really low, which I wish they would have posted upfront. The people I spoke with were nice, but the salary made it a no-go for me.

Behavioral Technical

The interview was short and to the point. It mainly focused on my ability to handle stress while juggling multiple tasks. The biggest things they cared about were punctuality and being able to finish all assigned tasks by the end of the day. They also looked for someone who is a team player and has great people skills. Overtime is an option when work gets overloaded. Just a heads up, temporary workers might stay in that status for a while before they are even considered for a permanent role.

Behavioral Other

The interview was conducted over the phone. They were very direct about what they needed, like your working hours and if you could start right away. The tricky part is the callback because you don't know who will be chosen for a follow-up. The contract company (resource staffing) is the one that gets in touch with you.
