Administrative Technician
You'll interview with a panel made up of an HR person, your potential supervisor(s), and the department supervisor. They'll tell you about the job and ask how you meet the requirements. After they ask all their questions and you answer, they'll let you ask any questions you have. Then, you'll take a data-entry test and an alphabetical order test.

Appraiser
The interview has two parts: a formal interview with your future manager and supervisor, and a computer exam. The formal interview involves two to five people asking questions, including typical interview questions and queries about working outdoors and driving. The computer exam assesses your ability to transfer data to a spreadsheet and your proficiency in creating spreadsheets using Microsoft Excel.

I applied online two weeks ago and was then invited to an interview with two supervisors and an HR generalist. They asked some general questions and then let me give some feedback at the end. They were very welcoming.
