Intern
The interview was friendly and professional, giving off good work culture vibes. The direct manager and director were on the call together. They cracked jokes and made me feel comfortable. The interview took about 30 minutes.

Environmental Planner
The hiring process felt quick and straightforward, and the interview itself seemed promising. However, it ended up being a bit unprofessional. They asked about my GPA, and it seemed like they weren't expecting my answer, which made things awkward. GPA wasn't listed as a requirement in the job posting. They mentioned they'd contact my current employer to gauge their interest. I was interviewed by two project managers. After the interview, I took an exam, and they said they'd be in touch, but I never heard back. I've accepted that I might not have been chosen, but I've been emailing the interviewers for the past four weeks for a status update, with no response. Overall, it felt unprofessional.
- Could you tell me your GPA?
Design Engineer
I went in for a chat that lasted about 30 minutes. There were three people on the panel, and they seemed to know each other well, which made it relaxed. After that, I had a CAD test. They suggested brushing up on AutoCAD/Civil 3D basics. About a week later, the director of engineering services called to offer me the position.
- Can you tell us a little about yourself?
