We exchanged emails to set up a group interview. During the group interview, we got information about the open roles and answered some questions about teamwork. It was a pretty straightforward and informative process. The company has a fair amount of turnover, but that's likely due to the business type and location rather than the company itself.

The interview process began normally. I met the team and they invited me for beers one afternoon. Following that, I received an email with a personality test that seemed legally questionable, requiring me to rank items like "babies" and "marriage." I was also asked to work an event that weekend, which I managed to do for one day despite having prior out-of-state plans. During the event, I worked alongside others competing for the same role. At the end of the day, photos of myself and the competition were taken and shared company-wide for a vote on who was most helpful.

You'll also be responsible for cleaning the beer lines weekly and doing general maintenance. Helping bartenders with glassware and greeting customers upon arrival are also part of the duties.
