It seemed very fair and handled by a third party who screened the application process. First interview with art director was really warm and felt conversational. The only issue I had was that the salary was below expectation and if I had known that I would not have applied and wasted everyone's time.

I applied online and a week later got a call from HR which turned out to be an interview. A few days after that, I was contacted to schedule a Skype interview with the creative director of the children's department. This interview was more casual than the HR call. We talked about my resume, and then the director discussed the job and showed me some of their department's books. I was told I'd hear back by the end of the week, but they contacted me the following week to say they chose another candidate.
