I had an initial Zoom call where the camera was on and I was given the questions 20 minutes prior to the interview. The second interview was with the dean and it was a culture interview.

I had a call with two people where they asked me different questions. They wanted to know what I study and my major. They also asked about languages I know and some soft skills questions.

The interviewer acted like she had other priorities and possibly had someone already picked for the job but had to do a few interviews anyway. She wasn't friendly at all, making the whole experience feel very unwelcoming. She even chuckled at two of my questions at the end, which made me feel awkward. If I were offered the position, I would decline because I wouldn't want to work with her.

I had three interviews for this role, with the last one being a four-hour marathon meeting various groups and the Provost. Although I didn't get an offer, I'm not bothered as I wasn't impressed by the Provost and didn't feel it was worth leaving my current job. Apparently, they're redoing the search for the third time.
