I was brought in, asked to disclose background information, talked about the position, and then talked about the office atmosphere. The interviewers were very cordial and professional. Overall it was a perfectly fine experience.

Applied online with resume, CV, writing sample and recommendations. Had a phone interview that was about 40 minutes. No hard questions, mostly pressed about experience and examples. Rest of the interview was about the unique aspects of the position and firm. After the phone interview was an in person interview at the firm. It was 1 hour and pretty much the same format but more in depth.
