I applied via a LinkedIn link on the recruitment site. I was contacted for a 30-minute phone call. I had standard interview questions, but no specific questions about my particular professional background, which I found strange, but I figured those questions would come during the discussion with the manager which was scheduled for 2 weeks later. The person in charge of recruitment invited me to ask my questions by email, which I did. I never got a response. For the point with the manager either, even after a follow-up. I wrote into the void. In the meantime, I saw several profile views on LinkedIn from people at this company. I only got a phone call back after 2 months, to tell me they had found someone else. I asked what points I could improve on, and the person was unable to answer me. In the end, never any written trace from them, and no explanation for the refusal and the multiple LinkedIn visits, yet everything is compliant, strange...
