First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Harmon Law Offices.
Legal Assistant
The interview process was pretty fast and painless. After I submitted my application online, I received a phone call about one to two weeks later. They asked if I would be able to come in and meet the manager of the team I was applying for. We had a good chat and it was a relaxed conversation with common interview questions. It wasn't nerve-wracking at all. About a week after that, they called me with a job offer.

Real Estate Attorney
So I got a call from someone at the Law Firm, they looked over my resume, and then asked me to come in. I met with one of the attorneys that leads her section. It's a medium-sized office, totally packed with lawyers and paralegals. Cubicles everywhere. The supervising attorney had a huge pile of work on her desk.
- Could you tell me about the tasks you've done in your current role?
- Do you hold licenses in multiple states?
Law Clerk
I had a phone interview where they asked about my experience. After that, I was invited for an in-person interview. The questions below were asked during that interview. I received the results within a week.
- Can you introduce yourself?
- What makes you believe this role is the best fit for you?
- What are your strengths and weaknesses?
Investments
It moved pretty fast. I met with the managers of the department. They asked me some basic things like if I knew how to use Microsoft Office and other computer programs, and if I was a team player. Just the usual interview questions.
- What are your 5-year career aspirations?
- Are you considering law school in the future?
