The interviews are all in-person, with 3 main rounds before an optional client round. The first round focuses on basic technical knowledge, so having strong fundamentals is key. The second round dives into more advanced topics specific to your area of expertise. The third round is with the manager, and after that, there's an optional HR/client round.

The interview kicked off with me introducing myself and some basic questions about HTML and JS/Typescript. During the interview, the interviewer struggled to explain a programming problem I was supposed to solve using 'promises' in some unclear way and spoke condescendingly, making me feel I wasn't understanding it correctly. This negative interaction soured my view of the company and its employees, and I lost interest in the interview process. After the initial HTML and JS questions and the awkward interaction, I decided it was pointless to continue, as I wouldn't want to work there. I voluntarily withdrew from the interview midway. I'd advise others to save their time and not interview here, regardless of the role or compensation.

The interview process itself was okay. However, the post-interview experience was really bad. The HR was very rude during salary negotiations, making me feel like I was already being overpaid. They ended up giving me an offer with less than a 25% hike. Later, during my notice period, I received much better offers with significantly higher pay, so I reached out to the HR to see if they could reconsider the compensation since Harman was my top choice. Instead of discussing it, they started arguing and said that if any company is offering me more, it must be above industry standards. The HR even threatened to ensure I wouldn't be interviewed by Samsung or Harman in the future. It's unbelievable that an HR would say these things when a candidate is open to discussion. I completely condemn this kind of harassment.
