English Teacher
The interview process was kind of uncomfortable. It felt like an audition where you had to give a lesson in front of a bunch of adults. It's a bit strange, as other districts don't require this. I did end up getting the job, but I wouldn't want to go through that application process again.

I had to write a brief summary about why I want to work at HCISD. Then, I was called into the board room where about 5 administrators conducted the interview. They each asked me two questions, and that was it.

The interview process was great. It was 3 rounds when I interviewed. First one were screening questions. Second round was a small lesson taught to about 4 people. The final round was with the school principal.
