I interviewed with the CEO and the VP of HR. We talked about the company's mission and vision, and then discussed the needs within the Finance department and the restructuring that was required. They also asked about my experience and skill sets.

Behavioral Group

The interview process included a phone interview, an in-person one-on-one, and a group interview. The phone and one-on-one interviews were pretty straightforward, mostly trying to gauge your personality and if you were genuinely interested in the job. The group interview felt a bit awkward, like they brought in people who weren't that invested in you joining. All in all, I felt the process moved pretty fast and was simple and direct. This was a while back though, and I think the hiring process is slower now.

Had a phone call with HR, then went for an in-person interview that included a short case study. The interview was of average difficulty. After the in-person interview, which was a panel, there was a data case study. I liked the people and the organization's mission.

Behavioral Other

There were 2 interviews, one with the supervisor and then a group interview with one client. Just be calm and confident. It's similar to other interviews you might have had. Just remember they are clickish. I would not recommend this job, the politics are very unfair.
