First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Hargrove.
Project Manager
I went through 2 interviews, and the process felt fair and reasonable. They asked common interview questions. I had to highlight my experience to show how I'd be a great fit.
- What makes you want to work at this company?
Producer
I met with some really thorough and nice people. The peer interviews were a great way to learn about the company. I didn't end up moving forward because my job situation changed, but I would have accepted an offer if it was right for me at the time.
- Do you prefer working in teams or on your own?
Sales Assistant
The interview process was pretty standard. It started with a phone screening by HR. This then led to a one-on-one meeting with the hiring manager. It was a bit challenging to coordinate meetings with everyone because they are all extremely busy, but everyone I met was really nice and helpful.
- Can you demonstrate why you are the right person for this role?
Senior Account Executive
My former boss knew of me, but not well, so they flew me in from out of state. I toured the facility, interviewed with my boss, then the CEO, and had lunch with my potential team. After that, I underwent a two-hour psychological evaluation. I got the offer and accepted it that same day.
- How do you see yourself succeeding in this role?
