First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Hargray.
Client Relations Manager
First, I talked to the recruiter from Hargray HR, and they were great, answering my questions super fast. Then, I had a remote interview with the manager of the vCIO program. They wanted to get a general idea of who I am and what I can do. After that, I was given an assignment to get ready for an interview with a group. Finally, there was a group interview with some of the team and the manager. We all introduced ourselves, I presented my assignment, and then they asked some follow-up questions.
- Can you describe your personality and background?
- What technical knowledge do you possess relevant to this role?
Customer Success Manager
I've been interviewing with Hargray for about a month and it's been a pretty smooth process. Everything was done over Zoom because of Covid, but it was easy to manage. I really appreciated how the hiring manager kept me updated regularly on where they were in the process. That's not something you always see, so it was a good experience. I also had good communication with HR in Atlanta via email and phone; they were quick to respond and helpful with my questions. Overall, my interview experience with Hargray was very positive.
- Can you describe your experience with sales in relation to this customer success role?
- What are your customer service skills and how do they apply to this position?
Video Programming Manager
There were three rounds of interviews total. I had an initial interview with the hiring manager, then a panel interview, and after that, I had individual interviews with each of the panel members. I was told there would be a follow up in about a week, but that didn't happen. I reached out to HR the following week and they told me they were having a reorg and to just be patient with them. I never heard back from the company after that.
- Can you describe your process for setting a price increase?
Sales Specialist
You'll go through at least three interviews. First, there's a casual phone chat. Then, you'll face a panel of several department managers. Sometimes during this panel, they'll ask you to do a presentation, like a PowerPoint, a speech, or a sales pitch, to see how you do. The last interview is with the hiring manager.
- How would you leverage your current knowledge to improve call center KPIs?
